This is the only the second time since December of 2000 that we meet Dutch’s brother Fred, his wife Betty, and his neice and nephew, Jill and Billy. And they come pre-corrupted! Hooray for the public school system!
And Hooray for having a whole arc upoaded and going until the middle of June!
